The Football Association of Wales want Chris Coleman to stay as manager.

The former Coventry City manager, is out of contract with the FAW in November and the FAW want, according to reports, to increase Coleman's spell subject to a new deal being agreed.

Coleman is generally supported by players and supporters alike despite his side not qualifying for the 2018 World Cup.

Meanwhile, the future of former Coventry City player and manager Gordon Strachan as Scotland manager will be discussed at a Scottish FA board meeting tomorrow.

Strachan is out of contract with the SFA at the end of November and is not expected to attend the meeting, despite being told that his future will be discussed at that meeting.
