According to Facebook posts from Dale Evans, he is now part of a consortium of four wishing to buy Coventry City.
Evans posted on Facebook last night; "I'd just like to say that the deal is in.
"We have deals sorted on the ground, we are looking at a new site to replace Ryton and build a state of the art facility.
"The deal is on guys, we are a consortium of four now and awaiting Sisu and their response."
Mr Evans won his money playing poker on Bet365 and sparked a virtual meltdown last night on the Coventry City Fans Forum pages on Facebook with his comments.
