According to the Coventry Telegraph's Simon Gilbert, 'a decision on whether Coventry City owners Sisu can appeal their latest court defeat in the ongoing Ricoh Arena battle is expected towards the end of the year."
Sisu have requested an appeal to the Supreme Court after two courts failed to give them the verdict they wanted regarding Coventry City Council bailing out Arena Coventry Limited to the tune of £14.4m.
