Edjenguele Scores On His Bury Debut

William Edjenguele scored on his Bury debut this afternoon.

The Frenchman who signed for the Gigg Lane based side on a 12 months deal after cancelling his Coventry City contract, started for Bury in their League 2 game at Burton Albion, alongside former Sky Blue Nathan Cameron.

Forrester put Bury in front in the 16th minute and in the 41st minute, Edjenguele headed a second.

However, Burton who fielded former City defender Chris Hussey, scored twice late on to snatch a 2-2 draw.

Daniel Sturridge scored for Liverpool in a 1-0 win at Aston Villa.

David McGoldrick scored for Ipswich Town in a 2-1 defeat at home to Leeds United.

Cody McDonald scored in the 85th minute to earn Gillngham a 2-2 draw at Swindon Town.

Freddy Eastwood scored for Southend in a 2-1 defeat at Chesterfield.

Kevin Thornton scored for Wrexham in a 2-2 draw against Hyde.
