The Republic Of Ireland international picked up a knee injury during the defeat at Cardiff City whilst Gunnarsson had bruising to his leg in an injury collected during the 2-0 loss at Sheffield Wednesday.
Ben Turner told the CT: "Three of our top players are out, although I think Aron Gunnarsson and Leon Best have got half a chance for Reading and they all add something to us attacking wise, which we probably missed on Saturday."
