Coventry City keeper Chris Dunn has admitted that he has asked about going out on loan in a bid to get more matches.

The keeper, who joined from Northampton Town on a free transfer after his contract expired is in the last year of his contract and had admitted that he is desperate for games,

Speaking to the Coventry Telegraph's Alan Poole, Dunn, who played in Saturday's FA Cup win over Morecambe, said: "Obviously,I want games and I've asked but the opportunity has not been there.

"I've been playing a few development squad games but it is nothing like a proper competitive game. I've another year left on my contract and I'm desperate for matches - who knows what is going to happen in the future but hopefully, I'll be in the frame for Tuesday."
