New Coventry City Chairman Ken Dulieu has said that he is meeting Coventry City Councillors on Friday to discuss buying the Alan Higgs Share of the Ricoh Arena.

City have struggled since moving to the Ricoh Arena, having sold their share of Arena Coventry Limited to the Alan Higgs Trust, due to limited income streams but the new board now see getting a share of the Ricoh Arena back as a priority.

Speaking at the Press Conference, Mr Dulieu said:"If I had come in with Sisu from the beginning I would have said it was a prerequisite we will aquire the ground.

"Sisu have an option to aquire the stadium. We need to exercise that option. We do need everyone's help, the community and the council to secure this facility."
