Michael Doyle has refused to rule out a return to Coventry City after being released by Sheffield United after four years.
Doyle, told the Coventry Telegraph's Andy Turner: “I’m open to anything at the moment.
“Coventry are going to make a big statement if they get Tony Mowbray as their manager because I don’t think he’d agree to go back there without them giving it a proper go to get out of this division because he’s always been a pretty successful manager.
“So that will show their intent.
“I’m still ambitious and wherever I end up I want to be successful and challenging. I have got plenty of options and have to find what’s best for me."
