Coventry City midfielder Michael Doyle is hoping to avoid being cautioned this month.

Doyle is on four bookings and a fifth will mean a one match suspension but if he can last until the end of the month without picking up a yellow card, then he will be ok as a clean slate rules comes in and all cautions are wiped out.

"It was a bit of a test on Saturday, especially when Robbie Savage took me out in the first minute so hopefully I will be all right.

"Obviously if there is a challenge there to be made I am not going to duck out of it but fingers crossed I will be OK and get through to the five booking deadline."
