The funeral of Coventry City supporters and author Don Chalk will take place on Friday 28 July at 1.30 p.m. at the West London Crematorium, Kensal Green Cemetery, Harrow Road, London W10 4RA.
There will be a reception afterwards at Don and Molly's local: The Portchester, 88 Bishop's Bridge Road, London W2 5AA.
The family writes, 'Please do not feel you need to give anything. If you wish to, flowers or a donation to Sense (www.sense.org.uk) are welcome.
'This is a celebration of Don's life, so please do not wear black. Suits are not necessary'.
