I am said to report the death of former Coventry City full back & Middlesex cricket legend Don Bennett.
Don, played 73 times for Coventry City in the early 1960's after joining the club from Arsenal.
He played cricket until 1968 and took over as a County coach, keeping his role for the next twenty nine years before going on to become a life president.
Don passed away on June 13th aged eighty.
