Work has begun to transform Sixfields.
Ground has already been broken on the development which will see "thirty three acres of mixed use property; retail, residential and housing as well as a 100 bedroom hotel, connected to a conference facility boasting an ability to host up to 800 people.
Much needed to improvements to the Sixfields stadium are said to include luxury executive boxes, a conference centre and an increase in the capacity.
