Deadline Passes But No News

There has been no news forthcoming after a deadline of 2pm was passed for money to cover the Coventry City monthly wage bill to be lodged with the bank.

With the club coffers now completely bare and not helped by the attendance last night, it was hoped that a deal could go through which would ensure that wages would be paid on time. CCFC Staff usually receive their wages in their bank accounts on the first day of the month.

The club Board including Geoffrey Robinson,Mike McGinnity along with ACL,Ray Ranson and the Bank are currently in talks to try and resolve the situation born out of years of mismanagement and the moving to the Ricoh Arena where their income revenue streams were severely curtailed.
