David Pipe Charged With Wounding

Former Coventry City youngster David Pipe has been charged with wounding following an alleged attack that left a man with a fractured skull.

The incident of an alleged fight outside a convenience store on September 4th in Park Street, Bristol saw police called at 4am and a 29 year man taken to hospital with a fractured skull.

Pipe who is on loan at Cheltenham Town after being suspended by Bristol Rovers has been ordered to appear at Bristol Magistrates’ Court next month to answer a charge of wounding with intent to cause grievous bodily harm .
