Coventry City defender Marcus Hall has opted to end his Testimonial Year early.
Tony "Banger" Walsh, who was Chairman of Hall's Testimonial Committee, told the club website: "The death of Errol was a major shock to everyone who knew him and, obviously, hit the family very hard indeed.
"Marcus has contacted us and said that he would like the last event to have been the match when his father and all his family were there on what was a very special day for all of them.
"I saw Errol that day and you could not have met a prouder man so it is fitting that the match is how everyone there that day remembers him and we absolutely understand Marcus's decision.
"Marcus has thanked the committee for all its work, and certainly a great deal of effort went into making the events a success."
