Whoever came up with the headline of the grounds "Where No Coventry City Fan Has Gone Before" which appeared on the Coventry Telegraph website and its paper today, has been branded a joke.

The headline writer incorrectly said that few or no City fans has been to either Griffin Park, Brentford or Brisbane Road, Leyton Orient - Wrong!
Leyton Orient ground has not been completely reconstructed – the old stand from the 1930’s is still there and in use. There were plenty of us there on January 13th 1973 for the FA Cup Third Round which City won 4-1.
There are plenty of us around still who were in the 600+ who went to Brentford in 1963-64 and there were around 500 of us for a pre-season game at Brentford for the 0-0 draw on July 28th 2001.
