Crewe Or Brighton - That Is The Question

On Sunday, City have secured their place in next season's Championship but find themselves in the tricky situation whereby they could relegate their opponents if they win or Micky Adams could find one out of two of his former clubs in Brighton where he managed and Gillingham for whom he made his Football League debut dropping a division.
Adams said: "The important thing is that we go out and try to win the game as if we were struggling. "It is not about doing people favours. It is about us taking a professional approach to it and helping ourselves rather than other people. "But if we can help Brighton and Gillingham then I will be more than happy to do so."
Crewe boss Dario Gradi told This Is Staffordshire: "Of course while Micky Adams might make some changes and put some squad players in he wants to play, he won't make it easy for us because he wouldn't show that sort of disrespect to Mark McGhee. And I wouldn't expect anybody to show that disrespect to me either."
For City supporters who are Midlands based, a trip to Crewe next season would certainly be more favourable. Gresty Road offers City supporters more tickets (2200) than the Withdean (716). Admission is nearly a third cheaper than at the South Coast club and the close of proximity of the motorway, station, ground, pub and chippy make it attractive.

Whilst, Brighton, is a great place to spend a summer or early season day when it's sunny,it is a miserable place in the rain with no cover for away supporters or the majority of home supporters. Brighton are looking for a new home at Falmer, however it is unlikely to be available for next season.

It all makes for an interesting day on Sunday when the talking will be done on the Gresty Road and Withdean pitches.
