Craig Bellamy Returns To Cardiff City

Former Coventry City player Craig Bellamy has returned to his home town club Cardiff City.

Bellamy, has been appointed player development manager at the South Wales club and will be tasked with developing players for the first team and one of his early games in his new role with Cardiff will see them face Coventry City U23's at home on Monday night.

The Welshman told Cardiff's club website: “I want to say ‘thank you’ to Tan Sri Vincent Tan, Mehmet Dalman, Ken Choo and Neil Warnock for giving me the opportunity of beginning my first coaching role with Cardiff City Football Club.

It's a position at the club that I feel very passionately about and one that comes with huge responsibility. To be appointed in such a role is a fantastic honour for me."
