Coventry Fans Were Great - Bothroyd

Cardiff City striker Jay Bothroyd has spoken about his time at Coventry City.



Speaking to Wales Online, Bothroyd, who was rescued by City from Arsenal Reserves said: "I was really happy at Coventry City. "There was such a family atmosphere and the fans were great."

Bothroyd, who won a Covsupport News Service Young Player Of The Year Award during his time at Highfield Road, joined City in 2000 and made 72 appearances scoring 14 goals. he joined Italian side Perugia when his contracted expired in 2003.
