Coventry extend PUMA deal

Coventry City' have signed a five year extension deal with kit supplier PUMA and it's and its UK licensee Genesis Sports.

PUMA have supplied the replica sports wear sold in the club's shops as well as the training and match day kit worn by the players and staff for the past four years.

Club commercial director, Nathan Kosky said, "We are very pleased to be continuing our relationship with PUMA. "We have enjoyed a successful partnership over the last four years with great service and product and are looking forward to an equally positive future."

"Commercially, the club has taken huge strides in the past couple of years and we are all delighted that this extremely strong partnership will continue."

Coventry City's new home and away kits will be launched in June. Roger Harrison, marketing director of PUMA UK, said, "We are happy to be extending our existing partnership with Coventry and confident that we will continue to achieve great exposure for PUMA throughout the West Midlands."

The head of ports sponsorship for Genesis Sports, Russell Thomas, said, "We are excited to announce the new kit agreement with Coventry City FC. Genesis Sports has been the club's technical kit partner since 2003 with four years of that time in partnership with PUMA."
