Coventry Charity Cup Second Round This Weekend

The Second Round of the Coventry Charity Football Cup takes place on Saturday 

Whitnash Town's 1-0 win at Racing Club Warwick was the only game played on the original Second Round date back in November and the remaining matches are scheduled to be played this weekend.

Already through to January's Quarter-Finals along with Whitnash Town are Jag Daimler after they were given a bye following the withdrawal of Brooklands Jaquar. 

The tie of the round sees holders Alvis Sporting take on fellow Midland Combination Premier Division side Coventry Copsewood at Green Lane, with two Midland Combination Division Two sides in Coventry United and FC Stratford both in action at Woodlands and at home to Jet Blades respectively. 

Other ties see Hawkesmill Sports face The Bell AEI Rugby, Highway Coundon Court at home to Coventry Colliery and Brinklow versus Folly Lane.
