Coventry City Girls FC recorded their first ever victory in the Women's FA Cup with a 3-2 win over Bedworth United at Sphinx Drive this afternoon.
Cov were a goal down after five minutes but equalised with a deflected shot in the 19th minute.
A lovely finish in the 55th minute saw Bedworth back in front but with fifteen minutes to go, Cov broke and equalised for a second time.
Back in the game, City went for it and in the 82nd minute, a stunning 25 yard volley flew into the net and Cov City Girls were 3-2 winners and in the next round of the FA Cup.
