Coventry City Council have named their barristers for the Judicial Review.
The City Council will, according to the Coventry Telegraph's Steve Chilton, be using James Goudie and Ron Dennis for the High Court battle which has been brought aboout after Coventry City's ultimate owners SISU Capital Ltd, claimed that the Council's £14m bailout of the Ricoh Arena was unfair under European regulations.
