Rumours abound that SISU are looking at a site at Brandon to build a new stadium.
The speedway stadium at Brandon currently has its freehold up for sale with Birmingham Property Firm GVA and although its speedway, stock car and greyhound racing tenants have long term tenancy agreements going into the tens of years, it's '26-acre site has “re-use or re-development potential” subject to planning permission'.
The stadium comes under Rugby District Council but as it is classed as Coventry, it would satisfy the Football League under their current rules.
