Former Coventry City loanee Jack Cork played the first half of England U21's 2-1 defeat to Iceland at Preston North End.
Nathan Delfouneso, who played for Burnley against City on March 15th, put Stuart Pearce side's ahead but a crowd which was more than Preston had for their last home game against Coventry City, saw Arnor Smarason level before the break.
Holmar Orn Eyjolfsson scored the winner in the 67th minute.
