Cork, made twenty appearances for the Sky Blues but City were unable to agree terms with Chelsea when his deal ended and he returned to his parent club.
Cork did not make any appearances for Chelsea when he returned to Stamford Bridge but is likely to get some Premiership experience with the Turf Moor based club.
