Alan Cork was happy with the reserves performance in his first game in charge.

He told the club web-site: "I was delighted with the contribution of all of the boys who played very well throughout the 90 minutes. It was a shame Sean Cooney was forced to come off with a cut above his eye but its great that he came through his first game in 10 months."

City Reserves next game is against Derby County on Tuesday February 8th at Nuneaton Borough at 7pm. City Legend Mo Konjic is likely to feature for the Rams. The Bosnian was pulled out of Derby's game at Norwich last night.

George Burley said: "There's no problem. "We just thought it would be better for him to have another full week's training rather than play a game. It is a sensible approach.

"Mo's fine and progressing well but we still have to be careful because he has been out for a long time.

"We'll look at giving him a Reserve game the following week."
