Former Coventry City midfielder Paul Cook has been confirmed as the new manager of Portsmouth FC.
Cook was manager of Chesterfield for a half years and steered them to League Two promotion as Champions and sixth place in League One.
However, Portsmouth had met Cook’s buy-out clause to bring him to Fratton Park but are currently not commenting on the length of his deal.
