Conor Thomas Out For Three Months

Last updated : 11 December 2015 By CNS Staff

Conor Thomas could be out for three months as he goes for surgery on a hip injury.

Speaking about Thomas who has already had an injury hit season, Coventry City manager Tony Mowbray said told the Coventry Telegraph: “He has been struggling and he has a restriction in that area. Hopefully the operation frees that up and allows him to play without pain or restriction.”

“We struggle for depth in that area, but we have enough players to come in if we’re needing them. There’s no reason Jim O’Brien, or Joe Cole, couldn’t play in central midfield.”
