Former Coventry City loanee Colin Hendry has been banned from driving for seventeen months.
His lawyers had tried to contest the breath test readings after the Scot was stopped while driving a Ford Focus on Church Road, Lytham, Lancashire on February 21st.
The court dismissed this and he was banned for seventeen months and fined £330 plus costs.
Hendry had been arrested on Saturday on suspicion of breaching a restraining order and harassing his former girlfriend Sarah Kinder and was bailed until Friday.
