Coventry City manager Chris Coleman has urged even more City supporters to buy a season ticket.

The Welshman, who has still to finalise pre-season matches, much to the annoyance of many supporters who need to know in order to take time off work and book travel, accommodtion etc, told the club website: "I always thought that the season would go down to the wire and that proved to be the case. The Charlton game on the final day was a massive disappointment but we stayed up and we are now looking forward.

"I thought our supporters were fantastic last season, at home and away, and I'd like to thank them all for backing us during what was undoubtedly a frustrating time for them.

"The supporters are incredibly important and we will need as many as possible cheering us on next year. We've been very busy so far this summer, assessing our existing squad and potential new signings and also making changes to our training facilities.

"We are really looking to move on and it would be great if our supporters could rally behind us and enjoy a far more successful season."

Early Bird prices run until June 30th but you must pay for the season ticket in full, either by cash, cheque for credit card. So dar, 8,200 season tickets have been sold.
