Coventry City manager Chris Coleman was pleased with his side's 1-0 home victory against high-flying Nottingham Forest tonight.

"Nottingham Forest are not where they are for nothing so I was very pleased in the manner in which the players went about their business tonight," said Chris Coleman to the club website.

"If you look at our last few games we could not have had a much tougher run-in yet we have taken points away from them so credit to the lads, they have been tremendous.

"Both Clinton Morrison and Freddy Eastwood played extremely well against two very good centre-backs and they combined extremely well for the goal.

"We are gradually edging in the right direction and tonight's result was another step towards that."
