Coventry City manager Chris Coleman has been talking about his latest signing David Bell, who is likely to feature against Derby County this afternoon.
Speaking to the club website, Coleman said about Bell, whom City have paid a rumoured £250,000 the same as Norwich paid Luton: "We looked to bring David in during the summer but he joined Norwich. We knew that he was keen to move nearer his home in Northampton, so we pursued it and got our chance.
"He is good with both feet, gifted technically and I think he will go down very well with our supporters."
Coleman also spoke about James McPake, who will join City from Livingston today, saying: "We watched James in the summer and then he played against us on our tour in Scotland. He will be a good addition to the team - he is a tough boy who is very competitive but he is also very calm on the ball."
