The keeper missed City's 2-0 win against Kidderminster Harriers this afternoon, due what Coleman described as "a dodgy stomach" with symptoms consistent of one of the bugs currently doing the rounds.
Speaking to BBC Coventry & Warwickshire, Coleman said: "Harry Redknapp or David Moyes have not spoken to me or Chairman Ray Ranson about Keiren Westwood."
