Cody McDonald was on target for Gillingham tonight.
McDonald, who is on a 93 day loan from Coventry City, followed up a goal in his first game back at Priestfield on Saturday, with a goal against Northampton Town in a 2-0 win.
The victory puts Gillingham back on top of the League 2 table.
