Club Compromise Over Last Home Game Attire

Coventry City have listened to City supporters and have compromised on their fancy dress idea for the last home game against Derby on April 30th.

A statement from the club reads:

Coventry City is encouraging supporters to make the last game at Highfield
Road against Derby County one to really remember, by wearing their colours
with pride and creating a sea of sky blue for the last ever game at the
Club's old home. The decision comes following our statement yesterday asking fans to come along in fancy dress which was not greeted with overwhelming support, so why not combine the two and make your fancy dress sky blue?
We are keen to make the day as special as possible and although it will no
doubt prove to be an emotional occasion for everyone associated with City,
we want to see a packed Highfield Road completely decked out in sky blue.

Fans are asked to come to the game in their Sky Blue shirts, hats, scarves
and whatever else you can find. Maybe you might get the sky blue face paint
out or dye your hair for this most special of games, but whatever you do we
want to see Sky Blue filling the ground! Prizes will be awarded on the day to the most sky blue fans, so startthinking about what you can do to grab the attention of our Sky Blue spotters and make the day go with a real bang!
