Clingan will miss City's League Cup at Morecambe as the game at City Stadium in Podgorica takes place on Wednesday August 11th (Kick off at 8.30pm)
If Clingan plays, it will be his 25th cap for Northern Ireland.
Former Coventry City goalkeeper Jonny Tuffey (pictured below), now at Inverness CT, is one of the three goalkeepers named in a 22 man squad.
