Coventry City manager Tony Mowbray wants Jamie Clapham to complete his backroom staff.
The Lincoln born Clapham, played with Tony Mowbray at Ipswich Town in a career which also saw him make appearances for Tottenham, Orient, Bristol Rovers, Ipswich, Birmingham City, Wolves, Leeds, Leicester and Notts County.
Clapham was made the Middlesbrough U18's head coach. following the departure of Steve Agnew and is still at Middlesbrough.
However, according to sections of the media this morning, Mowbray, who has also brought in his mate Mark Venus as Technical Director, wants Clapham to join him at the Sky Blues.
