City's Record When Playing Crewe At Home

Saturday will see Crewe Alexandra’s twelfth visit for a Coventry City ‘home’ league and cup fixture.

Crewe have played against City once at Sixfields, three times at the Ricoh Arena and seven times at Highfield Road.

In league and cup matches played at the Ricoh Arena, Sixfields and Highfield Road against Crewe Alexandra, Coventry City have won on six occasions and drawn three times with two defeats.

City’s biggest win against Crewe at home was a 5-1 win in September 1963.  

Last season, City drew 2-2 with Crewe at Sixfields on December 14th 2013 with Tom Hitchcock firing Crewe ahead in the 15th minute until Franck Moussa levelled in the 35th minute. Callum Wilson put City ahead with a 55th minute penalty but Chuks Aneke levelled eleven minutes later.
