City Will Do Well If They Keep McGoldrick - Paterson

Walsall forward and Coventry City supporter Jamie Paterson feels that his home town club will do well if they can keep David McGoldrick.

The Wyken hailing player who has watched City progress to the Johnstones Paint Semi-Final last week, was impressed by McGoldrick who put in a two goal display against the Saddlers.

Paterson told the Coventry Telegraph's Andy Turner: "McGoldrick was a constant threat and I think they’ll do well this season if they keep him. Obviously Walsall is my priority and we want to finish as high as we can and if I see City doing well I will be happy for both."
