City Were Garbage - Coleman

Coventry City manager Chris Coleman echoed the view of the City supporters who spent good money and time to watch the Sky Blues against Crystal Palace in that City were garbage.

"We were garbage for want of a better word," said Chris Coleman to the media after the game.

"Lack-lustre, arrogant, blase. All words you don't want to be associated with and you don't want your team to be associated with.

"As good as we were on Monday at Birmingham, we have gone to the other end of the scale. If we had got anything out of that game it would have been embarrassing.

"We need to have a bunch of players who are strong enough to put back-to-back wins together otherwise we are always going to be in the bottom half.

"We're going to try and bring in some new faces at Christmas time which was always the plan but maybe we need to bring in more."
