Coventry City's climb up the table under Mark Robins continues as the Sky Blues moved into ninth in the League One table after a 3-2 victory at MK Dons.
City are now three points off the play-offs due to their goal difference which also means they are ten points off a place in the automatic promotion place and eleven points off topping the table.
Tranmere have gone back top of the table after beating Scunthorpe 1-0. They went top after bottom side Hartlepool United won 3-2 at Sheffield United.
Doncaster are third after a 3-0 win at Preston with fourth placed Brentford drawing 0-0 at Shrewsbury and fifth placed Bournemouth beating Crawley 3-0.
Third from bottom Bury lost 2-1 at Carlisle whilst fourth from bottom Portsmouth beaten 2-1 at home by Yeovil.
Elsewhere, Leyton Orient beat Walsall 2-1 and Crewe won 2-1 at Oldham.
