Mark Robins side have eleven points from twelve matches and remain nine points from the play-off places.

City are seven points clear of bottom side Bury who lost 3-2 at Crawley.

Second from Hartlepool United drew 1-1 at home to Doncaster Rovers with third from bottom Scunthorpe drawing 1-1 at home to Brentford. Shrewsbury Town who play tomorrow are back in the bottom four.

Leaders Tranmere Rovers beat Yeovil 3-2 and are seven points clear of Stevenage who lost 1-0 at Colchester United.

Third placed Sheffield United drew 1-1 with Oldham Athletic, whilst fifth placed Notts County without Lee Hughes won 4-0 at Carlisle United.

Elsewhere, Bournemouth who will have Eddie Howe back in charge, beat Leyton Orient 2-0 and Portsmouth beat Crewe 2-0.
