Coventry City U23's made it three wins out of three in pre-season with a 1-0 victory away to Coventry Copsewood.
Having won at Bedworth United and Nuneaton, City took on the Midland Football League Division One side in the Casper & Corey Memorial Cup at Allard Way.
Jason Farndon fieided a side of mainly U18's players plus Corey Addai, Kyle Finn, Billy Stedman and Bouwe Bosma who scored the only goal of the game in the 79th minute when he turned home a Stedman free kick.
In the dying seconds, former Coventry City player and twice manager Bobby Gould, came on for Copsewood.
