Coventry City are in talks with Sheffield Wednesday about extending the loan of Gary Madine.
The striker is due to play his last game for the Sky Blues on Saturday and speaking to Coventry Telegraph's Andy Turner, Madine, when asked if he had heard anything, said: “No, I still haven’t got a clue.
“My last game is on Saturday. The gaffer says he’s doing everything he can to keep me here, whether that be permanent or another loan so I’ll have to wait and see.
“There’s a possibility they could extend the loan until the end of January while Sheffield and Coventry try to sort something out.”
