Coventry City are to use Nuneaton Town's ground to play a friendly.
The Sky Blues will play the game on Saturday July 30th at Liberty Way, probably against Cambridge United.
Speaking to the Coventry Telegraph's Andy Turner, Tony Mowbray back from his holiday, said: "I think we’re going to be playing another game at Nuneaton, just to let our fans take a look at the team,” confirmed Mowbray.
“I’d like to show our fans the team in the week building up to the start of the season.
“Hopefully we’ll have a few players signed in by then and hopefully the weekend before the season kicks off, rather than play an away game against a Championship club I’d rather play a game at ‘home’ even though it’s not our stadium.
“But it’s local, just down the road and an opportunity to come and have a look at our new players.”
