Every club in the Premier/Football League will get their own prosecutor as the second part of a system currently being used in Hampshire., West Yorkshire, London and Manchester and will mean better gathering of evidence to take to magistrates when police officers apply for banning orders.
The CPS said that with each club having its own prosecutor, more applications for football banning orders would be successful as a result.
