Coventry City will face League 2 matches against Swindon Town and Lincoln City next season.

Swindon, a ground many City supporters fear to go, due to its main stand which many deem as dangerous, lost 2-1 at home to Scunthorpe United and being five points behind fifth from bottom Gillingham, they dropped into the League 2 to join Coventry City and League One bottom side Chesterfield.

Port Vale need two wins in their final two matches and hope Gillingham don't win their final game if they are to stay in League One next season.  Vale did themselves no favours with a 2-0 home defeat to Bolton.

With Doncaster, Plymouth and Portsmouth promoted, Luton, Exeter,Blackpool, Stevenage, Mansfield, Wycombe and Carlisle are contesting the Play-Off places.

Leyton Orient are relegated and it will be out of Hartlepool and Newport County as to who drops in to the Non-League with them.

Back in the Football League are Lincoln City. The Imps won the National League title with a 2-1 win over Macclesfield Town and go up leaving Tranmere Rovers, Dagenham & Redbridge, Forest Green Rovers, Aldershot and possibly Dover Athletic to contest the play-offs.
