Coventry City have said that they will ask that aspects of the restrictions on blocks 14,15 & 16 at the Ricoh Arena for City home games are reviewed.

There have been a lot of annoyance which will mean that season ticket holders in those blocks cannot bring friends or family with them or those without a season ticket holder cannot buy a match ticket, following the announcement yesterday of the restrictions being placed on the Sky Blues by the Safety Advisory Group.

There have been plenty of comments on social media about the restrictions brought in after over-crowding in those blocks and people standing in gangways during the home Play-Off tie against Notts County and City have issued the following statement: "Following the announcement on restrictions for match and season ticket sales next season in Blocks 14, 15 and 16, Coventry City would like to acknowledge the comments which have been received via social media, e-mail and verbally.

"Coventry City understands the comments and opinions made by supporters, and will hold further discussions with the Police and the Ricoh Arena."
