City Supporters Welcome At Sphinx Drive Tomorrow

Last updated : 25 March 2016 By CNS Staff/ST

With no game for Coventry City tomorrow, Sky Blues supporters are more than welcome at Coventry Sphinx FC who host Stourport Swifts (3pm kick off) in a crucial MFL Premier Division match, as they are at every Sphinx game.

It makes a huge difference to the players when they have a positive and vocal crowd to urge them on.

Manager Robbie Banks has added a significant amount of young talent to his squad and now is the time for the crowd to play its part.

The management and squad would love to see a good crowd at Sphinx Drive on Saturday and your support could make the difference in our quest for three points.

Recent connections between Coventry Sphinx and Coventry City include:

• The appointment of FA Cup winning hero Dave Bennett as Coventry Sphinx Club President, Sphinx first team players

• Current First team players Lewis Rankin and Ryan Quinn are products of the Coventry City Academy

• Bobby Gould recently helped us celebrate our 70th Anniversary

• Coventry City Girls play their home games at Sphinx Drive

We have a spectator stand with a seating area at our ground and we can also offer FREE Parking. Our popular clubhouse has a friendly bar with Sky Sports and as well as a wide selection of drinks there is also hot and cold available. A Match Day Programme will be on sale next to the pitch side café where you will find hot drinks and burgers available.
